Returns & Exchanges

At NÓRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all NÓRA tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
